Scott Welsh has been around Copley Tool Rental his entire life. In 2019 Scott took over the family-owned and -operated business and continues to serve our loyal customers that have helped grow Copley Tool into what it is today.

Brett has been at Copley Tool for 22 years serving with excellence, in fact, he has gotten to know so many of our loyal customers so well that he now calls them friends! Brett loves helping customers figure out what they need for their project using his wide range of knowledge of the equipment and troubleshooting skills. And when you don’t see Brett at CTR you will find him renovating houses or tackling a project of his own.
